I'm aware of a Kuhlman facility between Andersons former ethanol plant and river grain elevator. But either they have multiple locations or they have done a lot of rebuilding since 1986 because the Bird's Eye View confirms this river location does not have any concrete towers. And Andersons silos are too far away to be in this picture.

According to their locations page, they do have several locations. The river site is Yard 1. Since Yard 1 is the only location that handles bulk materials, it does appear that they have replaced the concrete silos with that long building for bulk storage.
