Jeremy Vehring: Very rare catch. From what I understand they had a very short life for WC. Can anyone explain why these never went to WC roster. Some of the SD45's did.


This town is the headquarters of W&LE.

I have not decided if the shop had an internal transfer table along the south side or if they used overhead cranes to move the locomotives to the various work bays.

It appears the steam-era locomotive shop is still used.
3D Satellite

A Flickr photo shows a yard tower. The 3D satellite feature doesn't work here, but a shadow shows that the tower is still standing.
