Livingston, MT: BNSF/MRL/NP Turntable and Flooded Bridge over Yellowstone River

Flooded Bridge: (Bridge HunterSatellite)
MRL Bridge: (Bridge Hunter; Satellite
Turntable: (Satellite)

We already saw in Reed Point, MT, that the Yellowstone River inundated its flood plain, covered a main highway and threatened the town.

Thomas Wentzel posted two photos with the comment: "A collapsed train bridge is shown along the Yellowstone River Wednesday, June 15, 2022, near Livingston, Mont."

I think this is the bridge that washed out. It is narrow and has diagonal tiebars.

Looking at a satellite image, the river was expected to make a very sharp turn. If you look at river meanders, rivers don't even like to make gentle turns. The bridge had already been abandoned because the tracks no longer connect to the mainline.

While looking for the bridge in Thomas' post, I found some other things.

A different RR bridge across the Yellowstone River.

...whose turntable still exists. Recently, BNSF terminated the lease by Mountain Rail Link of the Northern Pacific route. I wonder if this town will continue to be a significant railyard and service facility for BNSF.
