Baldwin, IL: 1970 1.9gw Baldwin Power Plant

An industrial railroad connects this plant, a coal mine to the northeast and the Kaskaskia River Port District #1 to the northwest with two different CN/IC routes. I could not determine if they burn coal from the nearby strip mine or from the Powder River Basin.
