I noticed that there is a fall protector over the siding and the siding has fresh ballast. That implies that the grain elevator has rail service. But according to a satellite image, the sidings can hold a cut that is just over 1000' long. That is not near enough to handle a unit train. Is CN willing to break up a unit train and deliver just a cut of hoppers or does CN allow a shortline to operate on these tracks?
