Here we see the 1888 Chicago Rock Island & Pacific "C.R.I.P" Round House in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This is now the home to Colorado Springs & Inter Urban Railway - Pikes Peak Historical Street Railway Foundation

Dave Kuntz Drone Photos posted four photos with the comment: "The furthest western point on the Rock Island Railroad was this wye and roundhouse in Roswell, CO, built in 1888.  The 90 foot turntable is long gone but bricks in the pavement mark where it once stood.  Gone too are 14 of the 18 or so original stalls and one leg of the wye has been disconnected.  But around the turn of the millennium, the Pikes Peak Trolley Museum took over and now where steam engines were once serviced, streetcars are preserved."
