Today's David S. Ammerman Trail is built on the Pennsy RoW. The B&O's elevated RoW through town is marked by a bunch of abandoned bridges. The NYC terminated at a junction with the B&O after it crossed the river.

Because of trees, I had to guess on which side of the Pennsy bridge the depot was located. This aerial doesn't help much. I'm going to guess the west side.
