The building is now a restaurant, and the railroad is now owned by CPKC.

Soldier's Field makes it easy to correlated this aerial with today's satellite image.
The smokestack in the left background of Si's photo is for a bg plant. But I could not find a label or a sign. Is (was?) it a paper plant?
I was looking for grain elevators and found that this CPKC route ends south of 20th Street at Seneca Foods. So this CGW remnant is now an industrial spur.
