SF: (
Satellite, today's tracks going East were the Reading tracks. They used to continue West on the north side of River Avenue to a bridge that crossed the Susquehanna River.)
Kase: (Satellite?, if you know where it was, please leave a comment.)

Dennis DeBruler commented on Darren's post Today, the track going East just north of Penn Street was the Reading. The Pennsy tracks to the East have been abandoned. I see that the Sunbury Rail Trail is using at least part of the old Pennsy route, https://maps.app.goo.gl/TWJXKAgQZEYV2HuX9. 1953/56 Sunbury Quad @ 62,500 |
I think some of these scars in the road and shoulder are from the Reading rails.
