It looks like they kept the oldest part of the roundhouse.

To the west of the roundhouse is the various tanks they need to store fertilizers and "cides" ("innovative fungicide, pesticide and herbicide products formulated to defend against pests and disease." [SimplotGrowerSolutions]).
