Waterville, ME: 1911 Maine Central Railyard, Roundhouse and Backshops

Some of the classification tracks have been removed to make an intermodal yard.

Situated at the east end of the yard in Waterville, Maine is the roundhouse of Pan Am Railways used to support work on the locomotive fleet. Pulled out on the turntable is SW1 007, utilized as a shop switcher here to move units around the facility.
