That is a big depot for such as small town. I presume it had living quarters for the family of the agent.

The depot is big enough that it is easy to spot in this rather low-res photo.
A feed mill is west of Quail Avenue.
A storage elevator is east of Quail Avenue, and it has a wood elevator in its core.
