Richland Center, WI: Visitor Center/Milwaukee Depot and Freight House

Looking at the caboose on the right side of the above view, it appears that the caboose got some much-needed TLC during between 2015 and 2018.

Milwaukee Road (freight) depot Richland Center, WI

Trent calls that building the first depot. That makes sense. The building probably became the freight house after the second depot was built. That is what happened in Downers Grove, IL.
