Tower: (Satellite, this is more than just the foundation because it is casting a shadow.)
Power Plant: (Satellite)

I think the tower was halfway between where the tracks were close to the river and where the tracks were close to Climax Road.

I noticed the power plant in the background of Darren's first image. I looked for remnants of it to help determine the location of the tower. Imagine my surprise when I found that it was still operating in 2025.

gem

power-technology agrees with gem's figure of 1,872mw. But an owner, Talen Energy, specifies 1,754mw. And PitchBook specifies 1,951mw.
The bottom line is that it has two big supercritical units, and thus it should be quite efficient for baseline load.
As with many coal-fired plants, this one has ash pond EPA problems because of new rules written in 2015. [epa]
