I noticed the "Colonna's Shipyard" sign in the background of this photo.
And then I found this image and realized the sign was on a floating drydock.
Is this ship painted Navy grey? This is why I added the "military" label to these notes.
The tower cranes we see in Zachary's photo have existed for at least three years.
They have another big drydock east of the one with a sign.
Actually, there are two big floating drydocks over there.
The tower cranes are permanent because that is what the General Dynamics Shipyard uses.
While looking for street views of the Colonna's Shipyard, I also found a
Great Lakes Dredge & Dock facility.
