Tower: (
Satellite, the topo map implies the northeast quadrant and that is consistent with the photos if the Pennsy was double tracked and the DT&I was single tracked.)
The yellow building on the right was a depot and the cabooses are setting on a remnant of the DT&I. The tower was out-of-frame to the left. This "history park" is now the trailhead for the Prairie Grass and Ohio to Erie Trails. Both of these trails use the connector and Pennsy route west of the junction.

Pennsylvania Railroad/ DT&I tower
South Charleston, OH
The PRR C&X line was torn up in 1988 to the west and torn up between here & London, OH in 1993.
The DT&I is now part of the Indiana & Ohio Railway plus a rebuilt section of the PRR to service Sunrise Cooperative at both of their grain elevators.
