I imagined that these trees north of the mainline are on a ramp that took an industrial spur down to grade level and ran behind the elevator and other industries along Main Street.

But I changed by mind about the ramp when I saw this view. The ground under the trees appears to be level rather than on an incline from the mainline down to grade level. I wonder how the elevator used to get rail service.
