Linda Schwartz shared [Has the neighborhood already become gentrified like the area around Union Station in Chicago, or are they counting on it?] Ry Meyer: It is in the worst location for overnight parking in the city of South Bend. Indiana license branch was moved out because the drinkers and drug addicts were harassing customers getting licenses and other required services. |
