L&N seemed to build rather elaborate depots compared to the size of the town.

Rod Clark: I was in the building in the mid 90's, and it was in really bad shape inside. Totally gutted. Whoever bought it and fixed back up sunk a lot of money into it.

Did some rich person restore the building to dislay their antique collection?
If the building is not going to be used as an event space, then this room would hold a fantastic model railroad.
