Dennis DeBruler: It has been restored, and it is now a museum:

Since the bridge over the Tennessee River was used by both the L&N and Southern, it makes sense that this Union Depot was shared by those two railroads. Jim's comment confirms the L&N usage, and this wall decoration confirms the Southern usage.

I included the microwave tower because they are now also a relic. I don't know why this one is still standing.

I don't see any cell-phone antennas on it. I do see at least one microwave dish.

Valuation Section 42a on the Louisville & Nashville RR included only Decatur and the Albany Shops, but there was a lot to inventory, especially in Albany. The first photograph appearing in the ICC Engineering Field Notes for this section is of the Decatur Freight House. When built in 1895, the head house was only one story. Sometime prior to this photograph, taken on 25 January 1918, the second story was added.

It looks like it was on the edge of what is now ready mix usa's property. I believe the freight house is the building directly southeast of the roundhouse. Source:
