| Jake Marino posted Purchased a poorly framed group of 1964 Illinois railroad depot photos. Due to the framing method and location they were displayed, there's damage on each, but loved seeing these stations from 60 years ago! Here is the East Dundee railroad depot in its later years, November 1964. The current building was built in about the spot, but differently in size and style. The old depot was razed in the 1960s I believe, and the current building was built in 1984. |

| Dennis DeBruler commented on Jake's post The C&NW route still exists on this topo map, 1980 Elgin Quad @ 24,000. But the route is a dotted line (abandoned) on the 1992 topo map. |
