Depot: (A little west of the crossing.)
Junction Tower: (Satellite, in the southwest quadrant of the crossing.)
Water Tower: (A little east of the crossing.)

This town was on the northern branch of the Kankakee & SouthWest (K&SW).

This shows the tower in the southwest quadrant of the crossing, so the depot was west of the crossing. It is unusual for a topo map to include a tower, but not a depot. It is usually the other way around. I wonder if the depot was abandoned during the depression. 1949 Cullom Quad @ 62,500

(If you select "All comments," you can read the comments in the order that I wrote them.) The photo shows the depot was on the south side of the tracks. Since there is nothing with a shadow on the south side in this 1940 aerial photo, that implies the depot was removed during the depression, if not before. Obviously, a town never developed around this depot. The pond was probably creatd by the IC to provide a supply for its water tower. I've seen the IC do this in other towns.
There is a big gap in the topo maps for this area. This IC branch existed in 1963, but not in 1983.

I see that the Pontiac Division went between the two mainlines between Otto Tower and Minonk Junction. Link to download this map: https://www.facebook.com/.../IC-19710731-Predecessor...

A map that is geographically accurate:
