This town has fertilizer supply, but no grain storage. I note that I can't find a grain elevator in the 1939 aerial.

The grain elevator did not survive, but the town does have a bird shop!

Pleasant Hill GM&O/C&A Depot
This town has both grain storage and fertilizer supply.
The wood grain elevator was replaced by some jump form silo,s and a couple of steel bin complexes further south provided more expansion. Note the fertilizer storage tanks on the right.
