There was a truck and some hoppers at the elevator rather recently. But this elevator doesn't have enough tracks in its railyard to hold a unit train.

In contrast, ADM has enough tracks in its railyard to allow it to handle a unit train without any help from BNSF.

While checking out the ADM elevator, I noticed that there is already a lot of vacant land a little west of the abandoned grain elevator. Does the new owner want land that is served by rail?
